Kevin
Phillips - International Personal Trainer
I have been involved in training now for well
over 10 years. Starting in athletics at school, running the
400 metres, then going onto martial arts and general fitness
training before passing the Royal Marines Selection and it’s been
non stop training ever since.
I
have taken a lot from what I have learnt over the years and put it
into practice on a personal training level. Making training
difficult but enjoyable for all fitness needs. I am fully qualified
with the NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine, fully insured
and fully Emergency First Aid and CPR trained.
The NASM is the No.1 training
provider for Personal Training courses in the USA. The CPT
qualification is Internationally recognized and is the equivalent of
a Level 3 REPS here in the UK. Using up to the minute techniques and
structures to maintain the highest levels over all other training
providers.
I
take pride in providing a professional service at all times and as
fitness is my life, I enjoy what I do. My attention to detail and
correct exercise procedure is unrivaled in many of today’s personal
trainers. I treat each person I train as an individual and am great
at motivating and pushing you to your full potential. For every
minute of your training session I will be at your side making you go
that little bit extra.
I
have a friendly approach but at the same time I am strict, but
always fair. I need to get the best out of you as you need to get
the best out of me.
I
like to work outdoors for the cardio fitness training as this
provides a varied training environment and is a much more enjoyable
experience. But I can also train you at your home or at a location
to suit you or even at your current gym, providing this can be
arranged with the gym manager.
