So what is involved
in BRIDE BOOT CAMP?
A lot of
training and discipline for starters but best of all an
opportunity to get you to look amazing in a relatively short
amount of time. You will be training in many disciplines,
circuits, sprint training, fight training and dynamic
tension training to kick start your fitness and weight loss.
Each session every week is different. You will be following
an eating program full of healthy wholesome foods and be
getting fitter and more toned as each week passes. It is not for
the faint hearted as this is by no means a walk in the
park!!!
What do I need
to do to sign up?
You choose
the amount of training sessions you want to do per week,
ranging from 3 - 5 sessions per week. Then the length of
time you want to do these training sessions for, for example
2 months. Email or call me with your requirements and we can
sort out the most suitable training for you depending on
your fitness goals and of course the price of your boot camp
which you can either pay in full or weekly. But most of all
you will need determination and strength of mind to get the
most out of my customised boot camp training package.
