BRIDE BOOT
CAMP
This page is dedicated to getting
you in shape for your Wedding Day. It is not solely for brides to be as
the name suggests, grooms are also free to train on this program, or
even better, you can train at the same time as your potential
spouses.
This intensive training course is
designed to peak your bodies fitness levels whilst trimming down the
weight and increasing muscle definition. The name BOOT CAMP is given
to this training course to symbolize the intensity and the amount of
training that you will be doing.
The system I use for this was designed by myself using
all the training knowledge I have learnt over the last 12 years. It
works on the notion that your body can adapt very quickly to
physical changes and react accordingly to these changes. The result
is that you'll be looking and feeling better in a relatively short
amount of time.
It is designed over 4 training
sessions per week one2one for a minimum of 4 weeks, depending on
your needs and goals, right up until 5 days before your wedding day.
With week by week assessment and feedback sessions to monitor your
progress and evaluate any further changes to diet and
lifestyle.
