Fight training is not
only for those people interested in learning how to fight to
a reasonable standard, but for all age groups and all levels
of fitness. Most people that practice boxing or martial arts
don't actually go to learn how to fight as such, but to
increase fitness, confidence, flexibility and self
awareness. It is one of the best ways to increase muscle
tone and definition, lose body fat and to get fit as well as
increasing strength without the need for weight training.
The fight training
sessions I offer range from gentle shadow boxing, correct
technique training to focus pad and bag work training all
based around boxing and martial arts fighting. I use my
extensive knowledge and experience to bring you a very
thorough work out that will leave you energized and
refreshed. These sessions can be done either outside or in
the comfort of your own home or garden.

training sessions. All are done safely with no risk to you.
