Sports Specific and
Sports Team Training are training sessions specifically
geared to that kind of sport. Making the most of the
exercises needed to adapt and progress the individual or
team to higher fitness and strength levels to coincide with
the sport they are performing.
For example a footballer
doesn't just play football to keep in top form, they will
work various running and plyometric training regimes, adding
SAQ Training (speed, agility and quickness) and even weight
training for increased strength and power.
The same goes for
practically any sport that involves a degree of physical
excursion.
I offer sports specific
training to individuals as well as teams enabling them to
explore various training disciplines which will see them
excel in their chosen sport. You will see:

Endurance and a quicker recovery time
- Ability to adapt more
to the rigors physically demanding sports require
