different from my military training sessions in that you
will be working hard, you will want to give up but you will
also not be shouted at quite so much and it wont be quite as
relentless as the military style training sessions.

for anyone wanting to really excel their fitness and achieve
results quickly and safely. The training methods and format
used are identical to my
BRIDE BOOT CAMP training packages
except have a different name to cater for the general client
that isn't looking immediately to get married!
My BOOT CAMP
packages are sold as such meaning that you pay for and book
a series of training sessions that must be used within a
certain amount of time (details of costs at the bottom of
this page). This ensures that you meet the Boot camp training
schedule and excel in your fitness just as this type of
training intends. You will be training in the various
disciplines that I am expert in, giving you a varied regime
which in turn will make you fitter, faster and stronger in a
short amount of time.
You'll start
off with light exercise and by the end of your boot camp
term you will be undergoing extreme fitness intensity that
you never thought possible.

An example of
a typical 'TIER ONE' 5 days of training in an 8 day period is shown
below.
DAY 1 -
Dynamic Tension training followed by multiple fitness tests
DAY 2 - Fight
Training - punching drills, bag work, hook&jab pads
DAY 3 -
Sprint Training - Plyometrics
DAY 4 -
Circuit Training followed by Dynamic Tension training
DAY 5 - Fight
Training, Sprint Training, Circuits - finishing the boot
camp with a series of fitness tests to mark progress
